Thaye Neeye Thunai is a 1987 Indian Tamil-language devotional film directed by P. R. Somasundar.
The film stars Karthik and K. R. Vijaya, and was co-produced by the director himself.
The movie follows Pandian, a circus ringmaster who shoulders the financial responsibilities of his family, including his retired school teacher father, homemaker mother Rajeshwari, and unmarried sister Seetha.
Meanwhile, Sivagami, an orphaned girl, is raised by traditional healer Kamakshi Paatti in the sacred precincts of Karunaiyur Kamakshi Amman temple. Upon discovering her true identity, Sivagami confronts Paatti and learns about her lineage as the daughter of Devanatha Gurukkal, the temple priest.
The film was released on 14 January 1987, during Pongal.
