Synopsis
Pandhayam is a 2008 Indian Tamil-language action thriller film directed by S. A. Chandrasekhar.
The film stars Nithin Sathya and Sindhu Tolani, with Prakash Raj and Radhika playing supporting roles. Vijay makes a guest appearance as himself in the movie.
The story revolves around Masanam, a local thug who rises to become a minister, and Shakthivel, a college student who falls in love with Masanam's sister Thulasi. A cat-and-mouse game ensues between the two, leading to a melodramatic climax.
The music was composed by Vijay Antony, while Srinivas Devamsam handled cinematography and J. N. Harsha edited the film.
Pandhayam was released on 19 September 2008.
