Synopsis
Anandhapurathu Veedu is a 2010 Indian Tamil-language supernatural mystery film directed by Naga and written by Naga, Sharath Haridasan, and Indra Soundar Rajan.
The film stars Nandha and Chaya Singh in lead roles along with child artist Aryan, making his debut. It follows Bala's return to his hometown 15 years after an accident that claimed the lives of his parents, accompanied by his wife Revathi and son Anand.
As they spend a few days in the massive house where he grew up, Anand begins to see supernatural movements around the house, but is unable to communicate what he witnesses. Meanwhile, Revathi develops claustrophobia and becomes convinced that the house is haunted.
The family soon discovers that Bala owes money to rowdies, leading to problems in their relationship. With the help of ghosts, they find a way to escape from being kept under house arrest.
