Amaravathi

Amaravathi is a 1993 Indian Tamil-language romance film directed by Selva.

The story revolves around a naive girl named Amaravathi who runs away from home and finds shelter with an elderly couple. They initially consider handing her over to the police but decide instead to raise her as their own daughter.

Her life takes a turn when Arjun, the son of a wealthy businessman, falls in love with her. Arjun frequently visits Amaravathi's home, becoming well-known within the family, and eventually brings her to his house where he expresses his feelings for her.

The film stars Ajith Kumar and Sanghavi, and was released on June 4, 1993, to a positive response at the box office.
