Synopsis
Uriyadi is a 2016 Indian political thriller film directed by Vijay Kumar.
The movie is set in the 1990s and follows four youngsters who are on the verge of completing their engineering studies in a village where harmony between members of two castes is strained.
The story takes a dark turn when their carefree attitude embroils them in a web of nasty politics from local caste leaders, leaving them to fend for themselves among head hunters looking to eliminate them.

The movie was written by Vijay Kumar, produced by Souvenir Productions, presented by Nalan Kumarasamy, Sameer Bharat Ram, and Satish Swaminathan, and began principal photography in July 2013.
