Synopsis
Uchathula Shiva is a 2016 Indian Tamil-language action film directed by Jaypee and starring Karan and Neha Ratnakaran in leading roles.
The film features music composed by Vidyasagar and is produced by Karan's wife, Devi Karan. It marks the actor's first home production.
The story follows an easy-going taxi driver named Shiva (Karan), who gives out advice on hygiene and professionalism to those he meets. His life takes a dramatic turn when he comes to the rescue of a woman being chased by a prominent drug dealer, leading to a series of unexpected incidents.
The film had a theatrical release on 16 September 2016 to mixed reviews and marked Karan's last featured film in leading roles before his retirement from the industry.
