Synopsis
Samasthanam is a 2002 Indian Tamil-language action drama film directed by Raj Kapoor.
The film stars Suresh Gopi, R. Sarathkumar, Devayani and Abhirami in key roles.
The story revolves around the friendship between Thiru and Surya, who are inseparable due to their family ties. However, a rift forms when Thiru's wife helps Surya's sister run away with her lover on the eve of her wedding.
Shankara, the brother of Surya's sister, is revealed to be behind the separation and seeks revenge against Thiru, who killed his father Easwaramoorthy in a past incident. The film explores themes of friendship, family, love, and betrayal as Thiru and Surya struggle to repair their relationship.
