Synopsis
Aadhavan is a 2009 Indian Tamil-language masala film directed by K. S. Ravikumar and produced by Udhayanidhi Stalin under Red Giant Movies.
The film stars Suriya, alongside Nayantara, Vadivelu, Murali, B. Saroja Devi, Rahul Dev, Sayaji Shinde, and Anand Babu.
The music was composed by Harris Jayaraj, while cinematography and editing were handled by Ganesh Rajavelu and Don Max.
Aadhavan follows the story of Aadhavan, a professional assassin working with his father Ibrahim Rowther and brother Tharani. Doctor Abdul Kulkarni hires Aadhavan to kill Judge Subramaniam, who is handling an inquiry into Abdul's child kidnapping, murder, and organ trafficking cases in Kolkata.
The film was released on 17 October 2009 and became commercially successful at the box office.
