Synopsis
Kandharvan is a 2014 Indian Tamil-language romantic drama film directed by Salangai Durai and starring Kathir and Honey Rose.
The film began production in 2009, with Kathir playing a water tank lorry driver, a role he practised for the film. This was Malayalam actress Honey Rose's second Tamil film after Mudhal Kanave (2007), but her fourth Tamil film overall.
The music was composed by Malayalam composer Alex Paul in his Tamil debut.
The climax of the film was shot in Chennai, and it received mixed reviews from critics, with some praising the director's earlier effort in Kathavarayan (2008) and others criticizing the film for relying solely on its climax.
