Synopsis
Jailer is a 2023 Indian Tamil-language action comedy film directed by Nelson Dilipkumar and produced by Kalanithi Maran under Sun Pictures.
The film stars Rajinikanth in the lead role, alongside Vinayakan, Ramya Krishnan, Tamannaah Bhatia, Vasanth Ravi, Sunil, Yogi Babu, and Mirnaa Menon in supporting roles. Mohanlal, Shiva Rajkumar, and Jackie Shroff make guest appearances.
The story revolves around "Tiger" Muthuvel Pandian, a retired jailer, who seeks to apprehend an eccentric idol smuggler Varman for threatening his family.
