Synopsis
Varaprasadham is a 1976 Indian Tamil-language drama film directed by K. Narayanan.
The screenplay was written by Narayanan himself, with the story credited to K. S. Mathangan.
The film stars Ravichandran in the lead role, alongside Jayachitra, Vijayakumar, and M. N. Rajam. Major Sundarrajan, S. A. Ashokan Manorama, and Suruli Rajan also feature in supporting roles.
Production commenced at Bharani Studios in August 1975.
The film's music features compositions by R. Govardhanam for the songs and Ilaiyaraaja providing the background score, which marked his debut in this capacity.
"Varaprasadham" was released on 13 April 1976.
