Thiruthani

Thiruthani is a 2012 Indian Tamil-language vigilante action film written and directed by Perarasu.

The film stars Bharath and Sunaina in the lead roles, with Rajkiran, Pandiarajan, and Ashish Vidyarthi playing pivotal supporting roles.

Velu, played by Bharath, is a gym instructor who takes on men causing trouble to his sister. Duraipandi, an ex-military officer, becomes furious when Velu refuses to save an athlete from injury.

The film was released on 19 October 2012 and received highly negative reviews from critics, becoming a box-office bomb.

Perarasu composed the soundtrack and background score for the film, with K. Bala handling cinematography and V. Jaishankar editing.
