Synopsis
Thangachi is a 1987 Indian Tamil-language action drama film directed by R. Krishnamoorthy.
The film stars Ramki, Pallavi, and Seetha, and is a remake of the Telugu film Aadupaduchu (1986).
The movie follows Inspector Raja as he investigates Dharmaraja, an influential man involved in many illegal activities. Raja's investigations lead to conflicts with Dharmaraja's associates, including his contractor husband Prakash.
As the story unfolds, Raja falls in love with Radha and becomes embroiled in a web of violence and betrayal. The film ultimately leads to tragic consequences for Raja's sister Seetha and her family.
Thangachi was released on 27 November 1987.
