Synopsis
Thalaivaasal is a 1992 Indian Tamil-language drama film directed by Selva.
The film features an ensemble cast including S. P. Balasubrahmanyam, Anand, Sivaranjani, Bhanu Prakash, Nassar, Napoleon, and newcomer Vijay.
The movie is set in Nachiappan College, where two final-year groups engage in daily violence. The college management decides to change the principal after a series of incidents, and Shanmugasundaram (S. P. Balasubrahmanyam) is appointed to the post.
Shanmugasundaram's daughter Shobana will study at the same college, adding another layer to the story.
The film was released on 3 September 1992.
