Synopsis
Santhana Kaatru is a 1990 Indian Tamil-language action film written and directed by Manivannan.

Azhagiri, played by Vijayakanth, is a military officer who returns to his family life after service, only to be haunted by past events. He seeks revenge against those responsible for the humiliation of his wife Raasathi (Gautami) and her friends Viswanath and Vijay.
Azhagiri's backstory reveals a tragic incident where Ramu (R. Sarathkumar), his friend and superior, teased Raasathi, leading to violence against her friends. This event drives Azhagiri towards violent actions within the story.
