Sahadevan Mahadevan is a 1988 Indian Tamil-language comedy film directed by Rama Narayanan.
The story revolves around two unemployed youths, Sahadevan and Mahadevan, who become accidental detectives when they take on the task of solving Kaveri's problem, who appears to be Sahadevan's love interest in this narrative.
Mahadevan is a man from a village who arrives in Madras (Chennai). He fled after being pursued by three daughters of his uncle following Adiyapatham's political gathering. Adiyapatham himself is a politician preparing a children's party, and he displays unusual affection towards his wife Chinnamani.
Sahadevan and Mahadevan face financial trouble at Sahadevan's rental house due to unpaid rent. The house owner takes their degree certificates as security. To recover these, the two men visit Adiyapatham's residence, leading to a misunderstanding where Adiyapatham thinks they are interested in his daughter Geetha for marriage.
The film stars Mohan and S. V. Shekhar, with S. S. Chandran, Kovai Sarala, Pallavi, and Madhuri in supporting roles. It was released on 2 December 1988.
