Pudhu Pattu is a 1990 Indian Tamil-language musical drama film directed by Vikraman and produced by R. B. Choudary and R. Mohan under Super Good Films.
The film stars Murali, Anand Babu, Raja, Charle, and Sithara in the lead roles. It tells the story of four street musicians - Balu, Michael, Raja, and Manohar - who aim to achieve big in life despite their difficult circumstances.
One day, the friends come across Gowri, a seemingly mute girl, and help her find an address. The film explores their platonic friendship with Gowri as they cohabitate together.
Pudhu Pattu was released on 14 April 1990 and became a major commercial success, running for over 25 weeks in theatres. It was remade in Kannada as Shruthi the same year, and in Hindi as Baharon Ke Manzil a year later.
