Synopsis
Priyasakhi is a 1952 Tamil-language film that is the dubbed version of the Indian Malayalam-language drama Aathmasakhi.
The film was directed by G. R. Rao and stars Sathyan in his debut lead role alongside B. S. Saroja.
The musical score was composed by Br Lakshmanan, while Kambadasan penned both the dialogues and lyrics for this adaptation.
Athmasakhi marks the acting debut of Sathyan, who played the lead role along with B. S. Saroja.
The film was released on 13 September 1952 and has been dubbed into Tamil with the title Priyasakhi.
