Synopsis
Periya Marudhu is a 1994 Indian Tamil-language action film directed by N. K. Viswanathan.
The film stars Vijayakanth, Ranjitha, and Pragathi, and was released on November 2, 1994.
The movie tells the story of Periya Marudhu, a man who is amputated for grabbing land from his neighbor and sent to jail. After serving two years, he returns to his village and becomes embroiled in a complex web of relationships with Sivasankaran, a powerful figure involved in land grabbing and other nefarious activities.
Periya Marudhu's life is further complicated by the arrival of Kaveri, who seeks refuge with him after losing her sister. As Periya Marudhu tries to protect Kaveri, he must also confront his own troubled past and the villainous Sivasankaran.
