Synopsis
Pattaam Poochi is a 1975 Indian Tamil-language drama film directed by A. S. Prakasam, marking his directorial debut and starring Kamal Haasan in his first leading role alongside Jayachitra.
The music was composed by M. B. Sreenivasan. The film was released on 21 February 1975.
It marked the debut of Kamal Haasan as a leading actor, and the directorial debut of Prakasam. The film broke stereotypes of Tamil cinema by portraying its lead actor as a traitor.
