Synopsis
Navagraham is a 1970 Indian Tamil-language comedy drama film written and directed by K. Balachander.
The movie stars Nagesh, Srikanth, R. Muthuraman, and Lakshmi in the lead roles, with Ragini, Sivakumar, Y. G. Mahendran (in his acting debut), V. Gopalakrishnan, and G. Sakunthala featured in supporting parts.
The film follows nine people living together in a joint family setting, where an orphan named Baalu cleverly uses their varied characters and internal conflicts to his advantage. He later discovers he is the son of Somu, the family's patriarch, but ultimately fails in his attempt to reunite the household.
