Synopsis
Nandhini is a 1997 Indian Tamil-language drama film directed by Manobala.
The film stars Prakash Raj, Suhasini, Keerthi Reddy, Vineeth, S.P.Balasubrahmanyam, Manivannan and Vadivukkarasi.
Released on 11 July 1997, the movie follows the story of a college-going girl named Raji who begins to suspect her single mother Nandhini around men, causing distress in all her relationships.
Raji's suspicions lead to a heart-wrenching confrontation with their paying guest Rangaswamy, resulting in his untimely death. Raji seeks solace with Nandhini but is devastated by her mother's strange behavior.
Ultimately, Suresh learns the truth and reunites with Raji, escorting her from Chennai to Mumbai.
