Marumagal is a 1986 Indian Tamil-language film directed by Karthik Raghunath and produced by Anandavalli Balaji. The film stars Sivaji Ganesan as Chandrasekhar, a wealthy man who falls seriously ill.
When Chandrasekhar becomes ill, his personal doctor convinces his grandson Raja (Suresh) to bring home a suitable bride for the grandfather's blessings. Radha (Revathi), an innocent flower girl, poses as Raja's fiancée to win over the family during this time.
However, complications arise when Geetha (Pavithra), Raja's real fiancée, returns and Radha must keep her true identity hidden. The film is a remake of the Hindi film Dulhan Wahi Jo Piya Man Bhaye.
The film was released on 26 January 1986 and features Sivaji Ganesan, Suresh, Revathi, Jaishankar, Y. G. Mahendra, Pavithra, and Y. Vijaya in key roles.
