Synopsis
Koodi Vazhndhal Kodi Nanmai is a 2000 Indian Tamil-language comedy drama film directed by V. Sekhar.
The film stars Nassar, Karan, Khushbu, Roja, Vadivelu, Vivek and Kovai Sarala in her 100th Tamil film.
Released on 15 July 2000, the film was remade in Kannada as Jenu Goodu.
The story revolves around Thangaraj, an innocent man from a middle-class family, and his younger brother Krishnan, who is married to Kanagavalli. The two brothers live with their wife Meenakshi and daughter Padma in the same house as a joint family.
Thangaraj's youngest brother Sivaraman earns well and becomes like a son to Thangaraj and Meenakshi, who consider him as one of their own. The film explores the dynamics of this joint family and their relationships with each other.
