Katta Panchayathu is a 1996 Indian film directed by VK Ramaswamy and starring Karthik and Kanaka.
The movie tells the story of Shenbagam, a Koothu actress living in a remote village with her sister Mallika. The village is led by Ponnazhagi Naachiyar, who has two sons: Kathirvel and Chinnadurai. A poor woman claims that she is pregnant with Sidambaram's child, leading to controversy at the village court.
