Synopsis
Kantha is a 2013 Indian Tamil-language action film directed by Babu Viswanath.
The film stars Karan, Vivek, and Mithra Kurian in the lead roles.
Shakthi R. Selva made his debut as a music director through the film, with the soundtrack composed for Kantha.
Filming began in February 2008, but the release was initially announced for October 2008 before being delayed.
The team shot entirely in Thanjavur, with scenes filmed at the bus stand and SB Nagar Grounds.
The film was released after a five-year delay, finally premiering in March 2013.
