Synopsis
Kannodu Kanbathellam is a 1999 Indian Tamil-language romantic thriller film directed by Prabhu Solomon in his directorial debut.
The film stars Arjun and Sonali Bendre, with supporting roles played by Suchindra, Ruchita Prasad, Manivannan, Crazy Mohan, Anu Mohan, Kovai Sarala, and Nizhalgal Ravi.
Music was composed by Deva, and the film's name is based on a song from the Tamil film Jeans (1998).
The story follows Seetharam, a well-respected businessman who falls in love with Kalyani. However, his relationship is threatened by another loving couple, Akash and Akhila, leading to a series of events that ultimately result in revenge.
The film was released on 13 August 1999.
