Synopsis
Kan Simittum Neram is a 1988 Indian Tamil-language thriller film directed by Kalaivanan Kannadasan in his directorial debut.
The film stars Karthik, Ambika and R. Sarathkumar, who made his Tamil acting debut in the movie.
The story follows an amnesiac man named Kannan, cared for by Dr. Lakshmi, as Inspector Sarath investigates the murder of Lakshmi's aunt and unravels Kannan's hidden past involving a woman named Vani.
As Inspector Sarath delves deeper into the case, he discovers that a third person was involved in the affair, revealing a complex web of love, deceit, and betrayal.
The film was released on 13 April 1988 and was later remade in Hindi as Sailaab (1990).
