Synopsis
Jay Jay is a 2003 Indian Tamil-language romantic comedy film directed by Saran and produced by V. Ravichandran of Oscar Films.
The film stars R. Madhavan, Amogha, and Pooja, with key supporting roles played by Kalabhavan Mani, Charle, Dhamu, and Malavika Avinash.
The movie is based on the Hollywood film Serendipity and follows the story of Jagan (R. Madhavan), a carefree youth who falls for Jamuna (Amogha), a beautiful young woman from Kolkata, after they meet by chance in a shopping mall.
As their love blossoms, Jamuna writes down her address on a Rs.100 note and leaves it at the coffee shop, declaring that if the note comes back to Jagan, it means she was destined to meet him.
The film explores the story of Jagan and Jamuna's journey as they try to locate each other by finding the bill.
