Synopsis
Arrambam is a 2013 Indian Tamil-language action thriller film directed by Vishnuvardhan.
The story follows AK alias Ashok (Ajith), a former bomb disposal specialist, as he seeks revenge against the Home Minister (Mahesh Manjrekar) and his acolytes. He enlists the help of computer hacker Arjun (Arya) and his lover Anita (Taapsee).
The film stars Ajith Kumar, Arya, Nayanthara, Taapsee, and Rana Daggubati in a cameo role. Supporting roles are played by Mahesh Manjrekar, Aadukalam Naren, Kishore, Atul Kulkarni, Akshara Gowda, and Murali Sharma.
The film was produced by A. Raghuram and co-written by Subha. The score and soundtrack were composed by Yuvan Shankar Raja, while the cinematography was handled by Om Prakash and editing by A. Sreekar Prasad.
Majority of the filming happened in Mumbai, with other locations including Chennai, Bangalore, Dubai, Hyderabad, Mahabaleshwar, Jaisalmer, Leh, and Ladakh.
