Aranmanai Kaavalan is a 1994 Indian Tamil-language action drama film directed by Selva Vinayagam and produced by Lakshmi Movie Makers.
The film stars R. Sarathkumar and Sivaranjani, and follows the story of Sakthi, a man from Bombay who fights for the Tamil community against local rowdies in Mumbai.
Sakthi's best friend Thangamani is also involved in the fight, and together they prepare to attend the 25th-anniversary function of the Tamil Association of Mumbai.
The association invites pillars of the association, but one person, Karpagavalli, the wife of the late founder Sandanapandian, does not respond. The presidents of the association go to her village Pasumpon to invite her, but are driven out by Duraipandi, a heartless individual who holds Karpagavalli and her three relatives prisoners in his palace.
Uma is one of Karpagavalli's relatives, and Sakthi must save them from Duraipandi's cruelty. The film was released on 25 February 1994.
