Zhagaram

Zhagaram is an adventure thriller film released in 2019, directed by debutant director Krish and produced as a Tamil-language movie.

The central narrative revolves around a young protagonist, Akhil, who embarks on a quest to find hidden treasure guided by clues passed down from his grandfather. The film follows Akhil's journey as he uncovers the mystery behind the treasure with the help of his friends.

Akil and his group embark on a treasure hunt that takes them to places like Mahabalipuram, Thanjavur, and Coimbatore, while another group attempts to prevent them from discovering it. The film stars Nandha Durairaj as Akhil, Eden Kuriakose as the female lead, and Dharan Kumar composed the soundtrack.

The movie is an adaptation of Kava Kamz's Tamil fiction novel "Project AK" and was produced with a reported budget of ₹1 million. It was released theatrically on 12 April 2019.
