Watchman

Watchman is a 2019 Indian Tamil-language crime thriller film directed by A. L. Vijay.

The protagonist, Bala, is a lower-middle-class individual facing financial hardship. He must settle a substantial debt of three lakhs rupees to his fiancée's family before their engagement the next day.

Bala attempts various means to raise the money but remains unsuccessful. Desperate and feeling helpless, he devises a plan to commit a robbery to obtain the money urgently.

The film features G. V. Prakash Kumar in the lead role, alongside Samyuktha Hegde and Yogi Babu in supporting roles. The music for the production is also composed by G. V. Prakash Kumar.
