Synopsis
Tharkappu is a 2016 Tamil language action thriller film directed by R.P. Ravi and produced by S. Selvamuthu and Manjunath.
The film stars Shakthi Vasudevan as Inspector Sakthivel, Samuthirakani as Iraianbu, and Vatsan Chakravarthy as Vino, among others.
Tharkappu follows an encounter specialist who learns that all his encounters have been to protect corrupt politicians and businessmen. However, four innocent people get entangled in his operation.
