Synopsis
Pattathu Arasan is a 2022 Tamil-language sports action drama film directed by A. Sarkunam and produced by Allirajah Subaskaran of Lyca Productions.
The film stars Atharvaa, Rajkiran, Ashika Ranganath, and Radhika Sarathkumar in the lead roles.
The story is set against the backdrop of lush betel farms near Thiruvaiyaru and follows Poththaari, a former kabaddi player who lives happily with his two wives.
Poththaari has two sons and one daughter from his first wife, and his second wife has no children. Despite their large family size, the law dictates that the family's properties must be divided equally among all heirs.
