Synopsis
Masala Padam is a 2015 Indian Tamil-language action comedy film directed by Laxman Kumar and starring Shiva, Bobby Simha, Gaurav, and Lakshmi Devy.
The film follows three varied personalities - Shiva, the middle class funny lad; Simha, the angry goon; and Gaurav, the spoilt dude - as they embark on a journey to create a unique commercial movie with the help of Lakshmi Devy, a photo journalist.
The story explores themes typical of masala cinema, showcasing the talents of its cast and crew. The soundtrack and background score were composed by newcomer Karthik Acharya, while editing was handled by Richard Kevin.
The film is distributed by Auraa Cinemas and released on 9 October 2015.
