Synopsis
Maiem is a 2015 Indian Tamil-language action thriller film directed by Aditya Baskaran.
The film stars Naveen Sanjai, Jai Quehaeni, Kumaran Thangarajan, Suhasini Kumaran, Hashim Zain, Pooja Devariya, and Muruganandham, among others. Robo Shankar plays the role of Shankar and Raandilya portrays a thief.
The movie features a young cast and crew, including Aditya Baskaran, who was still in college while working on the film, as well as Hashim Zain, Kaashif Rafiq, and Varuna Shreethar.
The plot of Maiem explores themes typical of thriller cinema, although it has been described as "terribly juvenile" with an interesting but overstretched one-line plot that stretches to nearly two hours long.
