Synopsis
Kezhapaya is a 2023 Indian Tamil-language film directed by Yazh Gunasekaran and starring Kathiresakumar and Krishnakumar in the lead roles.
The film follows Sundaresan, a robust and medication-free 60-year-old man who works as a watchman. One day, he finds himself confronted by a car on a narrow road. Despite the danger, Sundaresan refuses to yield, leading to a confrontation that leaves his family in a state of confusion and concern.
The film was released on 22 September 2023 across theatres in Tamil Nadu. It marked Yazh Gunasekaran's second venture after the unreleased Theriyum Aana Theriyadhu, with predominantly shot in 2022.
The cast includes Kathiresakumar as Sundaresan, Krishnakumar, Vijaya Ranadheeran, K. N. Rajesh, Bakery Murugan, Anudiya, Uriyadi Anandaraj, Naga, and Yazh Gunasekharan.
