Synopsis
Karai Oram is a 2016 Indian thriller/mystery film directed by JKS and released as two separate versions: Alone (Kannada) and Karai Oram (Tamil). The film stars Simran in the lead role alongside Nikesha Patel, Vasishta N. Simha, Ganesh, Ineya, and Radha Ravi.
The Tamil version, titled Karaioram, also stars Nikesha Patel prominently. Both versions were shot simultaneously and released across languages: the Kannada film was released in November 2015, followed by the Tamil version later that year, specifically in January 2016.
The film's plot commences with the protagonist embarking on a vacation to Mangalore, where she becomes captivated by John, portrayed by Vasistha N. Simha, riding a horse along the shoreline. She develops a friendship and ultimately falls in love with him, resolving to confess their love for one another.
