Synopsis
Kalavu Thozhirchalai is a 2017 Indian Tamil-language heist film directed by T. Krishnasamy.
The film stars Kathir and Kushi, with Vamsi Krishna, Kalanjiyam, Senthil, and Renuka in pivotal roles.

The story follows an international criminal posing as a journalist who arrives at Tanjore with the intent to smuggle an ancient Maragatha "Lingam," a sacred Shiva idol worth 600 crores from its resting place within the highly guarded Marundeeswarar Temple.
He enlists the help of a local small-time thief named Sweet Ravi, who agrees to cooperate with the criminal alias Ram/Sanjay in exchange for financial gain and settling down with his fiancée Vani.
The theft succeeds, but government authorities soon become aware of the missing idol due to its immense value and historical significance.
A Special Police Officer Irfan is assigned by higher-ups within the police department to investigate the crime and apprehend those responsible.
