Synopsis
Kaari is a 2022 Tamil-language sports action drama film directed by Hemanth and produced by S. Lakshman Kumar under Prince Pictures Cinema.
The film stars M. Sasikumar, Parvathy Arun, J. D. Chakravarthy, and Balaji Sakthivel, with Aadukalam Naren, Ammu Abhirami, Redin Kingsley, and Nagineedu in supporting roles.
The movie follows the lives of three main characters: Sethu, a champion jockey; SRK, a multimillionaire; and Meena, a simple village girl. Their paths cross in a village race, where Sethu is training a ferocious Jallikattu bull.
The narrative explores how their encounters impact Meena's future and Sethu's life.
The film was predominantly shot in Chennai and Ramanathapuram and features music composed by D. Imman, with cinematography handled by Ganesh Chandhrra and editing by T. Shivanandeeswaran.
