Jarugandi

Jarugandi is a 2018 Indian Tamil-language action film directed by A. N. Pitchumani and co-produced by Nithin Sathya and Badri Kasthuri.

The film features Jai, Reba Monica John, and Amit Tiwari in the lead roles, while Daniel Annie Pope, Robo Shankar, Ilavarasu, and Bose Venkat play supporting roles.

The movie follows Jai, a lower-middle-class man who devises a plan to obtain quick money through forgery. He creates fraudulent documents to secure a substantial bank loan and establishes his own travel company.

However, Jai's initial success is short-lived as he encounters unforeseen complications, including blackmail from a police officer who discovers evidence related to the forged documents.

Jai kidnaps Reba Monica to help a rich man who promised him money if certain conditions were met regarding his travel company. The situation escalates as Jai attempts to navigate both the kidnapping and the loan repayment demands.

The film was released on 26 October 2018 and features music composed by Bobo Shashi, editing by Praveen K. L., cinematography by R. D. Rajasekhar, and production starting in late 2017.
