House Owner

House Owner is an action drama film released in June 2019, directed by Lakshmy Ramakrishnan and produced by Ramakrishnan Gopalakrishnan under Monkey Creative Labs and Seven Wonders Motion Pictures.

The movie centers around Vasu, an elderly retired army man diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease, and his wife Radha as she struggles to manage his condition. The narrative also explores the challenges they face within their household during Chennai's rainy season.

The film features a leading cast including Kishore, Sriranjani, Pasanga Kishore, and Lovelyn. Principal photography began on July 10, 2018, with M. Ghibran composing the background score.

House Owner was selected to be showcased in the Indian Panorama section at the International Film Festival of India (IFFI), Goa 2019, as one of only two Tamil films out of twenty-one Indian submissions. The movie received positive reviews from critics upon its theatrical release on June 28, 2019.
