Synopsis
Gurumoorthi is a 2022 Tamil action thriller film directed by K. P. Tanasekar.
The film stars Natty, Ramki, Poonam Bajwa, and Manobala in the lead roles.
The plot revolves around an honest police officer who becomes entangled in a dangerous game of money and power after his money is stolen by someone.
After his money is stolen, Kandasamy complains to Gurumoorthi, a police inspector, who takes up the case despite various people hindering him.
The film was shot across the Nilgiris’ district, Pondicherry, Putheri in Kerala, and the border areas of Tamil Nadu.
The soundtrack was composed by Sathya Dev Uthayashankar, featuring songs such as "Kungfu Panda", "Sekka Sevantha", "Ennodu Nee", and "Thaaragaye".
Gurumoorthi was officially released on 9th December 2022.
