Viduthalai is a 1954 Indian Tamil-language crime drama film directed and produced by K. Ramnoth.
The screenplay was adapted from John Galsworthy's play *The First and the Last*. The main cast includes V. Nagayya as Periaswamy, Manohar as Chellaiah, T. V. Kumudhini as Chellaiah's wife, Peer Mohammed as Murugan, and Nott Annaji Rao as the judge.
The plot revolves around Periaswamy, a crooked lawyer who frames Murugan for murder to help his brother Chellaiah avoid charges. However, overcome by guilt after winning money from a lottery, Chellaiah confesses his crime in writing and dies before delivering it. Believing the confession might jeopardize his promotion, Periaswamy burns it but is subsequently arrested by the police on suspicion of double murder.
The film was released on 12 February 1954 and failed at the box office.
