Vidhi is an Indian Tamil-language legal drama film released in 1984, directed by K. Vijayan.
The principal cast includes Sujatha, Mohan, Poornima, and Jaishankar. The story centers on Radha (Poornima), a woman from a middle-class background, who files a court case against Raja (Mohan).
Raja is the son of lawyer "Tiger" Dayanidhi and involved in an affair concerning an illegitimate child. He is a playboy and womaniser who convinces girls he is madly in love with him before abandoning them.
Principal photography commenced in December 1983 and was completed within two months. The film premiered on January 26, 1984, receiving positive reviews from critics, especially praising its courtroom dialogues.
The film proved to be a commercial success, running for over 500 days in theatres. It is a remake of the Telugu film Nyayam Kavali (1981).
