Veera Ramani is a 1939 Indian Tamil-language action film written and directed by K. Amarnath.
The film stars K. T. Rukmini as Shantha, P. S. Srinivasa Rao as Moorthi, and S. R. Padma as Meenakshi.
Shantha falls in love with Moorthi, but he is imprisoned on a fabricated charge after another man dislikes him. Moorthi escapes from prison and becomes a burglar to sustain himself. Shocked by his situation, Shantha trains herself to become a masculine vigilante. Ultimately, she and Moorthi re-unite.
The film was released on 11 February 1939 and became a success.
