Synopsis
Valliyin Selvan is a 1955 Indian Tamil-language children's film directed by Kothamangalam Subbu.
The film stars Lalitha, Sahasranamam, M. S. Sundari Bai and S. V. Subbaiah.
The plot revolves around a childless rich man who wishes to remarry. His wife expresses concern. A household servant gives the infant son of another woman, Lalitha, to her; this woman then convinces the rich man that Valliyin Selvan is his biological child.
The story concludes with the younger boy falling seriously ill, and a doctor examining him noting that he is affected.
