Thirumathi Oru Vegumathi is a 1987 Indian Tamil-language drama film directed by Visu and produced by Kavithalayaa Productions.
The film stars Pandiyan, S. V. Sekhar, Nizhalgal Ravi and Visu, and is based on Visu's play Bharatha Matharkku Jai.
The movie follows the story of Uma, a senior employee who falls in love with Namachivayam, a cashier at her company. They agree to an unconventional arrangement: he will take care of her two younger brothers until they grow up and do well for themselves, while she will not work further and live in his house.
The film was released on 26 January 1987 and was remade in Kannada as Krishna Mechchida Radhe and in Telugu as Srimathi Oka Bahumathi.
