Thenmazhai

Thenmazhai is a 1966 Indian Tamil-language romantic comedy film released on September 23.

The movie stars Gemini Ganesan and K.R. Vijaya in the lead roles, alongside Major Sundarrajan, Nagesh, Cho, Sachu, and Manorama in supporting roles.

Directed by Muktha Srinivasan and produced by V. Ramasamy, the film follows Basker, a sleepwalker who is blackmailed by Nagalingam into performing various acts.

Nirmala, who secretly marries Basker, joins forces with Vasu, Chithambaram's son, to expose Nagalingam as the actual killer of Chithambaram. Indra plays a role in the romantic angle between Vasu and Venu.

The film features a musical score by T K Ramamurthy and was released on September 23, 1966.
